👋 I'm Nick — I make complex things feel simple, and look great.

I’m Nick, a designer with 17+ years of experience spanning enterprise SaaS and digital agencies. I’ve led the design of customer experience platforms at Zendesk and financial services products at Xero, after beginning my career crafting brand identities, websites, and interactive digital experiences.

I’m currently a Senior Staff Product Designer at Airwallex, working in the Spend space — staying close to the craft while helping shape how teams build and refine complex financial products.

Prior to Airwallex, I led design across Platform, Messaging, and Innovation portfolios at Zendesk, managing a team of 25+ designers and managers across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. I helped establish a new design hub in India during Zendesk’s private equity transition and delivered AI-powered automation/app builders, omni-channel messaging solutions, and scalable enterprise integrations that accelerated platform growth.
