I’m Nick, a strategic design leader with 17+ years of experience spanning enterprise SaaS and digital agencies. I’ve led the design of customer experience platforms at Zendesk and financial services products at Xero, after beginning my career crafting brand identities, websites, and interactive digital experiences.

I thrive at the intersection of product strategy and design execution — leading zero-to-one initiatives, embedding AI into complex workflows, and helping global design teams scale with energy, craft, and purpose.

Most recently at Zendesk, I led design across Platform, Messaging, and Innovation portfolios, managing a team of 25+ designers and managers across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. I helped establish a new design hub in India during Zendesk’s private equity transition and delivered AI-powered automation/app builders, omni-channel messaging solutions, and scalable enterprise integrations that accelerated platform growth.
